Can I change the number of users?
The costs are based on users’ devices. We can increase the number of device licences mid-term, however, we cannot decrease them until the minimum contract period has lapsed. This is normally 1 year.
Will backup software slow down my PC?
Although backup software will add to your device’s software load, modern computers are designed to run this type of software transparently. It is unlikely any user would notice a difference in performance.
