Can I change call plans mid-term?
Although plan terms are fixed for the minimum duration period, you can upgrade your company call plans anytime.
Do I need landline for each phone?
No, however, each desk phone requires access to the internet via a LAN cable. Mobile devices such as smartphones can use WiFi or their cellular service.
Can I transfer my existing phone number?
Yes, we manage the transfer of your existing phone number to your Microsoft business account. This normally takes 2-4 weeks to complete. Your new phone system will be in place alongside your current setup and will takeover on the transfer date.
How does it work on my mobile?
Your current phone will work as normal and keep its existing number. All business calls will be handled using the Microsoft Teams App, any calls made or received within the Teams App will be from your business number.
Do I need to record a message for the auto answer feature?
No, with your input, we will create a script specific to your brand & menu options. This will be digitised by artificial intelligence and will be the voice your callers hear when they call you.
